We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Please note that if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you "No-Show," you will be charged 100% of your service fee. I take my business very seriously, so please respect my time and policies.
Yes, we offer gift certificates for any amount. They make a great gift for any occasion.
Late Policy: Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "No-Show" and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
